Devon Burdick has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Senior Teller at Bank of America until 2013. They then joined Charles Schwab as a Financial Consultant Partner until 2017. In 2017, Devon moved to BlackLine as a Business Development, Enterprise professional before transitioning to Scratchpay as an Operations & Customer Success Manager. In 2019, they joined StratiFi Technologies as a Product & Customer Success Manager until 2020. Currently, Devon is working at Tipalti, where they started as a Customer Success Manager in 2020 and progressed to become a Team Lead in Customer Success, and eventually the Head of Customer Outreach & Strategic Initiatives in May 2022.

Devon Burdick earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Arizona State University, where they attended from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their bachelor's degree, Devon obtained a Mastership in Customer Success from Winning by Design in December 2020 and completed a Full Stack Web Development Coding Bootcamp at UCLA Extension in March 2019.
