Mor Tzach Muchtar

Mor Tzach Muchtar has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Mor started their career in 2009 as an Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, where they served in different divisions and also worked as a reserves officer after their release from the army. In 2014, Mor transitioned to the field of psychotherapy and worked at the Tamir Institute. Mor held the roles of Treatment Consultant and Local Manager, contributing to the growth of the organization and managing a remote team.

In 2021, Mor moved into the talent acquisition field and joined PEAK-HR AS SERVICE as a Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role, they utilized various sourcing channels and managed full-cycle technical recruitment for major clients. Later in the same year, they joined Torii as a Talent Acquisition Lead, responsible for recruitment in Israel and managing their TikTok page. Mor also held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Torii, where they focused on tech hiring and developed the company's sourcing and recruitment database.

In 2023, Mor joined Joonko as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Unfortunately, Joonko closed its operations permanently. Mor then joined Tipalti as a Talent Acquisition Partner.

Mor Tzach Muchtar completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The Open University, where they studied from 2012 to 2017. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Educational Psychology from The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College, from 2018 to 2020.
