Natty Akav has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position is as the Director of Product Analytics at Tipalti, where they started in 2022. Before that, they worked at BlueVine from 2016 to 2022, where they held multiple roles including Director of Risk Analytics, Data Analytics Senior Manager, Data Analytics Manager, Data Analytics Team Leader, and Risk and Data Analyst. Prior to BlueVine, Natty worked at Geekster.co.il as an Editor and Film Critic from 2014 to 2020. They also have experience as a Data Analyst at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel from 2013 to 2016.

Natty Akav completed a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics & Economics from Tel Aviv University between the years 2012 and 2015. Later, from 2018 to 2020, Natty pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Big Data at Reichman University.
