Engineering Support Manager at Tipalti

Ori Cohen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ori started their career at Cellcom, where they worked as a NOC Support Tier 2 from 2011 to 2013. Ori then transitioned to the role of BI Specialist from 2013 to 2016, followed by an Internet & Interfaces Specialist from 2016 to 2019.

In 2019, Ori joined Tipalti as a Technical Support Engineer, where they took ownership of technical escalations and served as a focal point for all Operation teams. Ori investigated highly technical and complex issues, collaborating closely with engineering teams. Ori consistently collaborated with internal Operation teams to identify and handle a wide variety of complex use-cases until resolution.

Ori's dedication and expertise led to their promotion as a Senior Technical Support Engineer in 2020, and later as an Engineering Support Team Lead in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Engineering Support Manager, starting in December 2022.

Ori Cohen completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Sapir College between 2008 and 2011. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Business Administration and Management, as well as Marketing and Advertising at Ono Academic College from 2012 to 2013.
