Rafi Gana

Rafi Gana has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Rafi began their career as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Ness Technologies in 2006 and remained in that position until 2012. During their time at Ness Technologies, Rafi was responsible for ensuring the quality of software products.

In 2012, Rafi joined Traiana (now CME Group) as a Software Quality Assurance Tech Leader. In this role, they focused on testing prime broker applications and utilized tools such as QTP, QC, and various monitoring and scripting tools. Rafi also maintained cooperative relationships with developers and effectively communicated with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Afterwards, Rafi transitioned to a Data Analyst Team Leader and Multi-technology project leader role at CME Group in 2017. During their tenure, they led a team of developers in implementing the Volante tool across the company's assets and building transformers integration components. Rafi also served as a Jira leader, responsible for bundling project structures and workflows. Additionally, they provided guidance, performed training, and contributed to the company's migration to a microservices platform.

Most recently, in 2023, Rafi joined Tipalti as a Product Manager. Further details regarding this role are not provided.

Rafi Gana pursued their education, starting from 2006, at Ness Institute where they obtained a certification in Quality Assurance. Rafi later enrolled at Bar-Ilan University in 2008, where they are currently studying for a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Economics.
