Sharon Heller-Bar

Sharon Heller-Bar has extensive experience in UX design and management roles. Currently, they are a Senior Manager of UX Design at Tipalti, where they lead the overall user experience and research for all of their products. Sharon manages a team of four UX designers and is responsible for their mentoring and performance management. Prior to this, Sharon held the position of UX Design Manager at Tipalti, where they led the UX team in charge of the user experience across all products. Sharon has also worked as a Senior UX Expert at Tipalti, where they led complex UX design processes and conducted UX workshops for the Product and Design team.

Before joining Tipalti, Sharon worked as a Lecturer at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) and as a UX Manager at Novotalk, where they delivered end-to-end user experiences and managed the UX and UI process. Sharon also worked as a UX Lead at Bio-Nexus, where they were responsible for the entire design process of their products, and as a UX Designer & Developer at CodeValue, where they designed user interfaces and provided guidance to graphic designers and developers.

Sharon's early experience includes working as a UX Architect at 5IVE :: innovation & ux, where they created and designed user interfaces for multiple platforms, and as a Project Specialist and Social Media Manager at The Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya, where they led workshops to instruct teachers and students on programming language. Sharon also worked as a Research Assistant at The Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya.

Additionally, Sharon has experience as an Instructor in network administration at IDF - Basmach.

Sharon Heller-Bar obtained their BA degree in Interactive Communications from Reichman University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Sharon has also obtained several certifications. Sharon completed the Design 101 Course at Designlab in October 2016 and became a Design Sprint Facilitator through RED-ID in January 2022. Sharon also received certifications in HTML/CSS and XAML Development from CodeValue, although the specific months and years of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
