Zia Cassandra Crowley

Cassandra Panopio-Crowley has extensive work experience in various roles in the hospitality and sales industries. Cassandra is currently working as a Sales Account Manager at TipBrightly since September 2022. Prior to that, they founded and owned their own business called That's My Boba starting from July 2022.

Before their current roles, they worked at Revinate as a Sales Development Representative from November 2021 to September 2022, and as a Reservations Sales Professional from December 2020 to November 2021. Cassandra also worked at Parrot Key Hotel & Villas as a Reservations Agent from June 2019 to November 2021, and as a Reservations Office Administrator from October 2018 to June 2019.

In addition, they served as a Front Office Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Key Resort for a brief period in April 2019. Before that, they worked at Westwinds Inn Key West as a Front Office Supervisor from April 2018 to October 2018. Their earlier experience includes working as a Guest Services Agent/Night Auditor at Hilton from December 2016 to December 2017, and as an Airport Premium Lounge Attendant at Qatar Airways from October 2014 to October 2016.

Cassandra Panopio-Crowley obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Lyceum of the Philippines - Batangas City, from the year 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Hotel Email Marketing from Revinate in December 2021.
