Rich Phillips

Rich Phillips has extensive experience in product management and entrepreneurship, currently serving as a Product Manager at TIPCO Technologies since January 2016. Prior to this role, Rich owned and operated Delmarva Rubber & Gasket Co, Inc from July 1985 to July 2014, where the focus was on rubber and gasket distribution and fabrication.
