Tipd is a cashless tipping app designed for industries like hospitality, beauty, retail, and entertainment, focusing on trust and transparency for business, employees and customers.

What sets Tipd apart is its unique ability to simplify tip distribution without the need for costly tronc systems, payroll integration, or additional admin. Employees receive 100% of their tips directly, avoiding National Insurance deductions, and businesses stay compliant with the Employment (Allocation of Tips) Act 2023.

For hospitality, Tipd enables team-based tip sharing, automatically splitting tips among "checked in" employees, avoiding the need to check rotas or manually calculate splits. This feature is especially useful for restaurants, bars, and hotels with shared service responsibilities. Customers can tip individuals or teams and employees receive tips within 2-3 days, boosting morale and income.

In beauty and wellness sectors, like salons or spas, Tipd allows clients to tip their stylist or therapist directly through a QR code, ensuring staff keep 100% of the tip with fast payouts.

For entertainment and tourism, Tipd streamlines the tipping process so that multiple customers can tip at the same time and it enhances customer confidence, knowing tips go directly to the individual or team.

Tipd requires no complex integrations, contracts, or setup fees, making it an affordable and user-friendly solution. With real-time tracking, employees and employers can easily monitor tip distribution, while the app handles tips, pay-out's and performance insights.
