Kucha Pawel has a diverse work experience in various finance-related roles. Starting in 1999 at Ernst & Young, they coordinated audits and managed client accounts in industries such as oil & gas, electronics, manufacturing, and healthcare. Kucha also performed advisory projects and supervised teams. In 2005, they joined GE Equipment Services as a Finance Manager, where they managed the Eastern Europe region and set up reporting and analytics processes. Kucha later became Risk Director for Central and Eastern Europe, managing multiple countries and restructuring financial transactions. In 2013, they joined TIP Trailer Services as an M&A Director and Risk Director for Central and Eastern Europe, leading due diligence, acquisitions, and integration projects. In 2017, they became the Chief Financial Officer at UDC Finance Limited, negotiating funding and establishing finance functions. Kucha then returned to TIP Trailer Services in 2018 as Chief Financial Officer for Canada, leading business development, M&A activities, and the integration of acquired companies.

Kucha Pawel's education history begins in 1995 when they attended the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. They completed their Master's degree in Banking and Finance in 2001. In 1999, they also attended the Copenhagen Business School as part of the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS) program, although it is not specified if they obtained a degree from this institution.

In terms of additional certifications, Pawel obtained the title of Polish Certified Public Accountant (Biegły Rewident) from the Polish National Chamber of Statutory Auditors (Krajowa Izba Biegłych Rewidentów) in July 2005. They also acquired the designation of Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) from the ACCA in March 2014. More recently, they obtained the Verified International Academic Qualifications certification from the World Education Services in May 2021.
