Martijn Hiemstra has extensive experience in operations and customer services within the transport and logistics sector. Currently employed at TIP Trailer Services since November 2014, Martijn Hiemstra serves as a Customer Services Specialist, focusing on the execution of agreements outlined in the Statement of Work, overseeing repairs, maintenance, and tire management, while providing reports and analyses in accordance with established timelines. Prior positions include managerial roles at Profile Tyrecenter from February 2010 to October 2014, as well as serving as Ops Account Manager at GE Commercial Finance from December 1999 to August 2009, where Martijn Hiemstra was responsible for operational accountability for multiple PAN European companies and contributed to cost reduction initiatives and process implementation in the Benelux region.
