Isabel Cristina Jaimes Toloza

Isabel Cristina Jaimes Toloza is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Jefe de People & Culture at T.EN Colombia since July 2011. Isabel has overseen a variety of functions, including personnel administration, recruitment, payroll management, and international mobility processes. Additionally, Isabel has experience in human development, focusing on performance evaluation, training, and knowledge management. Prior to joining T.EN Colombia, Isabel coordinated labor competency certification for technical assistants at DataBANK MKS and managed evaluations at NCT Energy Group C.A. Isabel holds a Master's degree in Human Management and Organizational Development from Universidad El Externado, completed in 2014.
