Mehmet Umut Ermeç

Mehmet Umut Ermeç has a long and varied work experience. Mehmet Umut began their career in 2004 as a Freelance Audio Engineer. In 2008, they became a Graduate Assistant at the MTSU Department of Recording Industry. From 2012 to 2013, they were an Instructor at the New York Film Academy and then at the Institute of Audio Research. In 2017, they founded and became the CEO of Smart Professions. In 2019, they co-founded Mad Rooster and became the Chief Executive Rooster and also co-founded tiplay studio, where they are the CEO.

Mehmet Umut Ermeç has an extensive educational background. Mehmet Umut obtained a B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering from Istanbul Üniversitesi in 1998-2005, followed by a Pre-master in Music Production and Recording Techniques from Universitetet i Stavanger in 2005-2006. Mehmet Umut then completed an MFA in Recording Arts and Technologies from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) in 2008-2011. Since then, they have been attending Landmark, where they are currently enrolled in the Landmark Advanced Forum and the Landmark Forum. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Zertifikat A1 from Goethe-Institut e.V. in 2018, Duolingo German Fluency: Beginner (Estimated) from Duolingo in 2016, and NYSED Licensed Private Career School Teacher Certificate from New York State Education Department in 2012. Mehmet Umut is also currently participating in an Accelerator program at Yellow.
