Maria Fesler

Maria Fesler has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the retail industry. Maria currently holds the position of Vice President Franchise Operations at Tippi Toes Inc since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Franchise Growth at the same company from June 2022 to October 2022.

Before joining Tippi Toes Inc, Maria served as the VP of Retail at Mayvenn from June 2021 to March 2022. Maria was responsible for overseeing the retail operations of the company during this time.

Before that, they worked as the Senior Vice President-Store Operations and Customer Service at BevMo from 2009 to 2013, overseeing the field organization and corporate operations.

Earlier in their career, Maria held leadership positions at Bare Escentuals as the Vice President, Stores from 2007 to 2009, at Ann Taylor as the Regional Vice President from 2004 to 2007, at Gap as the Regional Manager in 2003, and at Lane Bryant as the Regional Manager from 1992 to 2003.

Throughout their career, Maria has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, drive sales, and optimize operations in diverse retail companies.
