Jesse Severe

Jesse Severe is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in software development and instructional design. Currently employed at Tipping Point Solutions Inc. since June 2020, Jesse previously operated Jesse Severe Design from 2007 to 2020 on various contracts as an Instructional Systems Specialist and Designer.
