Michael Bliss

Michael Bliss has substantial experience in training and operations management, currently serving as a Technical Trainer at Bravo Consulting Group, LLC since November 2021, while also holding a position as Training and Operations Program Manager with the United States Air Force since July 2017. In this dual role, Michael has successfully led training programs for large organizations, involving curriculum development, training needs assessment, and course analytics review. Previous roles include Project Coordinator at Tipping Point Solutions Inc. and Personnel Manager for the United States Air Force from 2014 to 2017, where Michael directed various administrative functions and led another training program focused on meteorological data analysis. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Ashford University and two Associate of Science degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Instructor of Technology and Military Science and Weather Technology.
