Rick Schmidt

Rick Schmidt has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Rick started their career in the United States Navy as an Information Warfare Officer, serving from 1988 to 2008. After leaving the Navy, they joined InVisM Inc. as President, where they played a crucial role in the development of the award-winning RealityV® training and simulation platform. In 2011, they became the President & CEO of Tipping Point Solutions Inc., a full-service e-learning company specializing in interactive e-learning products. Throughout their career, Rick has demonstrated expertise in the areas of educational methodologies, video technology, and training product development.

Rick Schmidt obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, where they attended from 1990 to 1992. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Systems at Hawaii Pacific University from 1994 to 1995.
