Tippo is a modern tip out calculator built by a restaurant owner for restaurant owners.

First 99 restaurants lock in $9.99/month for life. Tippo is currently a web based platform, launching on Apple Store and Google Play soon!

Tippo makes it easy for managers or your tip committee to handle tip splitting at the end of every shift. No spreadsheets. No pen and paper. No confusion. Set your rules once, and Tippo handles the rest: automatically calculating and distributing tips across roles, shifts, and staff.

For your team, it means full transparency. Every staff member can see exactly what they earned, after every shift.

For your business, it means less admin, fewer errors, and a stronger, more aligned team.

• Automatic calculations
• Real-time tip tracking
• Customizable tip percentages by role
• Unlimited staff
• Built with compliance in mind

We’re not just splitting tips, we’re helping restaurants build better teams.

How it works?

You sign up, set your roles and split pecentages, invite staff and start splitting tips. Yes, it's that easy. No need for a long sales call or a 'how to' video. Tippo is inutive and easy to use.

Staff also get a profile where they can see what they are owed in tips after every tip split and start to have a better understanding of the money they are making!
