Gavin Sorey, SHRM-SCP, is the founder of Flawed Leader, a leadership coaching and consultancy focused on supporting teams and developing leadership skills. Prior to this, Gavin held various roles at Tipsy Elves, including Senior Director of People & Culture and Senior Director of Customer Experience. Gavin was responsible for driving brand growth, supporting team and leadership development, and improving the internal and external customer experience. Gavin also worked as a Store Manager at Lucky Brand, Brand Experience Manager at Gap Inc./ Gap, and Store Manager at The Buckle, Inc. Gavin began their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Aeropostale and American Eagle Outfitters.
