Tyrus Sidney McGowan

Tyrus Sidney McGowan began their work experience in 2006 as a Sales Associate at Macy's, where they provided excellent customer service and participated in inventory management. In 2009, they joined Sears, Roebuck and Co. as a Consumer Electronics Consultant, assisting customers and volunteering for extra tasks to improve department appearance. From 2012 to 2013, Tyrus worked as a Member Service Representative II at USE Credit Union, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and training new employees. Tyrus Sidney then joined DialAmerica in 2014 as an Inbound Call Center Representative. Most recently, Tyrus has been working at Tipsy Elves since 2020, starting as a Sr. Amazon Specialist and progressing to Associate Amazon Operations Manager and currently, as an Amazon Operations Manager.

Tyrus Sidney McGowan earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from San Diego State University-California State University. Tyrus Sidney attended the university from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they hold a certification as a Certified Beer Server from the Cicerone Certification Program, which they obtained in May 2014. Tyrus Sidney also holds a certification as a Certified Instructor "Master" from the American Martial Artists Association, which they obtained in June 2012.
