Amy Stafford

Amy Stafford is an experienced property manager with a career spanning over 15 years in the residential community management sector. Currently a Property Manager at The Tipton Group since August 2018, Amy effectively manages community staff and resources to ensure the successful operation of a Class A residential community. Previous roles include Property Manager at Gables Residential and Milestone Management, where responsibilities included budget management and team coordination. Amy began their career as an Assistant Manager at Equity Residential after completing studies at Harding University from 1993 to 1995.
