Ana Bernardino's work experience begins in 2011 at THE, the house of events, where they worked as an Event and Congress Management professional from February to July. In 2013, Ana worked as a Junior Marketing Manager at Stoke Travel from February to August. Moving forward, Ana joined TravelBird in 2014, starting off as an Account Manager from May 2014 to April 2016, and later transitioning to the role of Client Success Manager from May 2016 to December 2018. After that, Ana joined Tiqets in January 2019 as a Venue Success Manager until October 2019. Following this, Ana took on the role of Commercial Excellence Manager at Tiqets from November 2019 to December 2021. Finally, Ana's current position is Commercial Excellence Lead at Tiqets, a role they have held since January 2022, where they are responsible for optimizing the commercial performance, managing an international team, defining strategies, and evaluating product potential and compliance.

Ana Bernardino earned a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Management from Instituto Superior de Administração e Gestão, which they attended from 2008 to 2011. Ana then pursued a Master's degree in Tourism Management and Planning at Universidade de Aveiro, where they studied from 2011 to 2013.
