Caio Martins began their career in 2011 as an Administration Intern for the Juventude Cívica de Osasco. In 2015, they took on the role of Açougueiro at a Supermercado, where they were responsible for balancing the meat section, assisting customers, and verifying the quantity and quality of the meat received. In 2019, they moved to Ronafer Industria E Comercio De Aco as a Metallization/Metallurgical, where they were responsible for manipulating metrology equipment, finishing and finishing the tank, and moving parts to machines as needed. In 2022, they began working at UNINTER Centro Universitário Internacional as a Monitor E.J.A., where they were responsible for assisting in theoretical and practical classes, answering student questions, helping with exercise lists, correcting tests, providing study strategies, and promoting and encouraging student participation in course events. In 2021, they joined TiqueTaque as a New Business Analyst and Customer Care Analyst, where they were responsible for CRM: Hubspot, sales pitches and product analysis, and negotiation and closing with a focus on consultative sales.

Caio Martins is currently studying Mathematics at Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER and is expected to graduate in 2024.
