Pradeep Singh

Pradeep Singh has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Pradeep started their career in 2013 as a Product Development Engineer at CNH Industrial, where they developed and managed the product portfolio of tractor transmission systems. Pradeep implemented new design concepts to reduce manufacturing costs.

In 2015, Singh joined Whirlpool Corporation as a Global Project Engineer, leading a team of CAD engineers to deliver product development projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Pradeep also managed products throughout their lifecycle.

Singh then moved to STIHL in 2017, working as a Business Development Digitalization professional. Here, they developed and implemented a digital business model and acquired two relevant start-ups for venture capital. Pradeep also conducted trainings on SCRUM, KANBAN, and design thinking for the innovation management team.

From 2019 to 2021, Singh worked at Five Guys Enterprises as an Operations Coordinator. Pradeep collaborated with an online food delivery platform to provide online ordering services and increase sales. Pradeep also improved sales forecasting, purchasing, and resource planning processes to control operating costs.

In 2021, Singh joined Uber as an Operations Specialist, leading the launch of Uber Eats in Germany and expanding the business footprint. Pradeep developed scalable processes to enhance the experience for restaurant partners and trained sales representatives and account managers on new processes and requirements.

Currently, Singh works as an Operations Manager at tiramizoo GmbH, starting in 2022.

Pradeep Singh's education history begins with obtaining a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Automobile Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Afterward, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Master of CAD/CAM from the Central Tool Room and Training Centre in Bhubaneswar from 2012 to 2013. Following this, Pradeep Singh attended the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Master of Business Administration and Engineering degree with a focus on Automotive Management.

In addition to their formal education, Pradeep Singh has also obtained several certifications. Notably, they completed the IELTS certification through the British Council in January 2016. Pradeep also received a Master of CAD/CAM certification from the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in February 2013. Moreover, Pradeep Singh has obtained a range of certifications related to business operations, project management, digital transformation, data science, and other professional skills from LinkedIn. These certifications were acquired between December 2020 and May 2023, demonstrating their commitment to continuous learning and skill improvement.
