Leesa Cooper

Leesa Cooper has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Leesa began their career as a Recruiter at Manpower Professional @ HP in 1998. Leesa then moved on to Finlay Fine Jewelry in 2002, where they held the position of Director of Human Resources until 2006. Following this, they joined TCI as a Regional HR Manager. In 2007, Leesa transitioned to Tire Centers, LLC, where they took on roles such as Sr. Regional HR Manager and Director of Career Management, collaborating with the training group and serving as the HR Corporate member for Distribution Leadership Team. Their most recent position is with Michelin, where they have served as Director of Leadership Development since 2010.

Leesa Cooper completed their education with a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Siena Heights University between 2000 and 2002. Prior to that, they attended Boise State University from 1996 to 1998, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. Leesa's academic journey began with an Associate's degree in Business, which they obtained from Western Wyoming Community College from 1994 to 1996.
