Ruben Rios is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, sales, and customer service. Currently serving as a Utility Coordinator for the City of San Antonio, Ruben has held various leadership roles across multiple organizations, including Center Manager and Outside Sales for Tire Centers, LLC, where responsibilities included optimizing daily operations and ensuring a safe work environment. Previous roles also include Project Supervisor and Outside Sales Representative at ARS Specialty Contractors, LLC, and Operations Manager at T & W Tire.
