Mark Burkey

Mark Burkey, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mark began their career in 2007 as a Sales Associate at Scotts Lawn Service. In 2010, they transitioned to Woodwind & Brasswind, where they worked in Retail Sales until 2011. Mark then joined Verizon Wireless as a Retail Sales Representative for a year before moving on to Tire Rack in 2012. At Tire Rack, Mark held multiple positions, starting as an IT Project Manager and progressing to IT PMO Director and IT/HR PMO Director. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of IT Operations at Tire Rack.

Mark Burkey, PMP completed their general education at Penn High School from 2000 to 2004. Mark obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2018. In August 2021, they completed the Open FAIR™ Certification Program offered by The Open Group. Mark also acquired the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2022.
