Margaret Grechuta

Margaret Grechuta is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Tiree since October 2024. With a robust background in human resources, Margaret previously worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Baird & Associates from May 2022 to October 2024 and held similar roles at Tiree from September 2017 to April 2022. Prior experience includes positions at Canadian Blood Services as Coordinator of Talent Services and in various HR roles including Pension Analyst and Human Resources Representative from January 2012 to August 2017. Earlier in the career, Margaret worked at University Health Network as a Directorate Assistant and at AGF Management Limited as a Compliance Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Human Resources Management Certificate from George Brown College and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Political Science from the University of Guelph.
