Prior to this role, Ivan held multiple positions at Bridgestone Americas from 2010 to 2018, including Outside Sales Manager, where a focus on customer service and retention enhanced sales goals, and Warehouse Manager, overseeing daily operations and managing distribution. Ivan's career in the industry began at Southwest Tire Distribution from 2002 to 2010 as a Customer Service Representative, gaining comprehensive knowledge of the wholesale tire business.
