Paul W.

Paul W. has over 15 years of experience in product management, engineering, and production. Paul began their career in 2005 as a Production Engineer at Cardinal Glass Industries. In 2006, they joined 3M as a Manufacturing Engineer and was later selected to participate in a leadership development program. In 2007, they moved to 3M Digital Oral Care as a Senior Engineer, where they developed SLA technology and scaled manufacturing of SLA 3D printing for global production. In 2012, they became a Senior Process Engineer at Dentsply - Atlantis Abutments, where they drove and promoted LEAN principles with an established production team. In 2014, they were the Product Manager & R&D at Custom Automated Prosthetics, which was later acquired by Henry Schein. At Henry Schein, they were a Product Manager and commercialized a digital manufacturing integration and software automation SaaS tool for dental laboratories. In 2018, they joined Agero, Inc. as a Product Manager / Assoc PM, responsible for launching the company's new client portal. In 2019, they moved to SwoopMe, Inc. as a Product Manager, focused on new Enterprise client onboarding. In 2021, they joined Kebotix as the first product hire to help shape the company into a product-led growth company, launching a suite of B2B innovative artificial intelligence-powered software products. Currently, Paul W. is a Senior Product Manager at TireTutor.

Paul W. obtained a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from the University of Minnesota. Paul also obtained a Pragmatic Marketing Certification from Pragmatic Marketing in March 2015.
