Andra Palade

Andra Palade is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in financial management and auditing. Currently serving as Finance Director at Tiriac Holdings since May 2008, Andra oversees all financial operations for the Tiriac Auto Wholesalers division, including administrative leadership, business planning, accounting, and budgeting. Previously, Andra held the position of Business Controller at Philips Romania from October 2005 to April 2008, where responsibilities encompassed financial planning, budgeting, reporting, credit controlling, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. Andra began a career in auditing as Assistant Manager Auditor at KPMG Romania from September 2002 to October 2005, examining accounting records and preparing financial reports. Academically, Andra holds an Executive MBA from Maastricht School of Management, a Diploma in Financial Analysis and Audit Expertise from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and completed undergraduate studies at Academia de Studii Economice din București.
