Gerit Mayer

Gerit Mayer has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Employee Development at Tirol Kliniken GmbH since June 2002. In this role, responsibilities include leadership development, talent management, HR development, training, coaching, curriculum development, strategic HR projects, and recruiting for key positions. Prior to this, Gerit Mayer worked as a Junior Consultant at hauserconsulting GmbH & Co. KG from 2001 to 2002 and as a University Assistant at Universität Innsbruck from 1999 to 2001. Gerit Mayer holds a Magister degree in Human Resource Management from Universität Innsbruck, earned between 1994 and 1999.
