Gisele Piernikarz

Gisele Piernikarz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and internal communications. Currently serving as Gerente de DHO e Comunicação Interna at Tirolez since August 2018, Gisele has successfully structured and led the HRBP team, focusing on employer branding and organizational culture. Previous roles include Specialist in DHO at Claro Brasil, where Gisele created and implemented feedback programs and career cycles during a merger, and roles in leadership development and climate assessments at NET and Tokio Marine Seguradora S/A. Gisele’s career began as an Analista de DHO at Regatta Náutica, and includes experience in event coordination and vocational guidance. Gisele holds an MBA in Strategic Human Resources Management from ESAMC and a degree in Psychology from Universidade Paulista, complemented by training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
