Luiza Hegg

Luiza Hegg has extensive experience in marketing and human resources, currently serving as Gerente Executiva de Pessoas e Cultura at Tirolez since May 2014, after holding positions as Gerente de Marketing and Coordenadora de Marketing. Prior to Tirolez, Luiza worked at Cia Ultragaz from November 2011 to April 2014 in various marketing roles, and at Suzano Papel e Celulose as an Estagiária de Recursos Humanos. Luiza began their career as an Estagiária BI at Cummins Inc. in 2009. Educationally, Luiza holds a Master of Business Administration from Fundação Dom Cabral and a Master's in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, along with a degree in Administração de Empresas from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Additionally, Luiza studied at Universidad de Salamanca in 2010.
