Hiroko Kudo

Hiroko Kudo serves as Vice President and Board Member of the International Public Management Network since October 2018, and holds the position of External Audit & Supervisory Board Member at TIS Inc. since June 2022. Kudo is actively involved as a Board Member at L’European Academy for Rural Territories Hospitality and has been a Full Professor at the Faculty of Law, Chuo University since 2005. Additional contributions include serving on the Editorial Board of Public Management Review since October 2017 and previously chairing International Affairs at The Japanese Society for Public Administration from May 2020 to May 2022. Kudo has also held visiting professorships at Northumbria University and the Graduate School of Public Policy at The University of Tokyo. Education includes a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Università Iuav di Venezia obtained between 1993 and 1996.
