Lisa Thompson

Lisa Thompson is an experienced insurance professional with a strong background in account management and customer service. Currently serving as an Account Manager at TIS Insurance Services, Inc. since January 2014, Lisa manages over 200 accounts, handling quoting, renewing, and auditing policies while assisting customers with their policy inquiries and changes. Lisa began their career at TIS Insurance in a Technical Assistant role, where responsibilities included processing renewals, audits, and endorsements, as well as producing Certificates of Insurance and Auto ID cards. Prior to entering the insurance industry, Lisa worked as a Branch Coordinator and Customer Service Representative at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage from 2006 to 2013.
