Ashutosh Sharma

Ashutosh Sharma is a Product Manager and Computational Linguist at Tisane Labs since May 2021, specializing in improving language models for Hindi and Urdu while exploring additional languages. Previous experience includes working as a Translator for various comics at Pratilipi from August 2020 to October 2021 and as a Linguist at the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences. Ashutosh also held positions as a Hindi Linguist at Welocalize and performed post-editing machine translation for medical experiments at eBhasha Setu Language Services. As a co-founder of HCU Comedy Collective from March 2020 to March 2021, Ashutosh contributed to creative projects. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics and Translation Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics, both from the University of Hyderabad.
