Leo Tauer

Leo Tauer is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Tishma Technologies, where responsibilities began in April 2022. Prior to this role, Leo served as Engineering Manager for the PNW Division at MAF INDUSTRIES from October 2012 to April 2022, overseeing engineering operations and managing the entire production process. Earlier experience includes mechanical design roles at JBT FoodTech and Thiele Technologies, as well as internships focused on component design and engineering documentation. Leo holds an MBA in Global Business and Finance from Eastern Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Fresno. Additional educational experience includes positions as a tutor for athlete students and a teacher's aide while attending university.
