Allison Delong

Allison Delong has over two decades of experience in property management, currently serving as General Manager and Director of Property Management at Tishman Speyer since October 1999. In this role, Allison manages a 400,000-square-foot Class A office property in Seattle's Central Business District, overseeing a diverse portfolio of over 50 professional tenants. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, negotiating service contracts, managing Tenant Improvement construction projects, and preparing annual operating, capital, and income budgets. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Allison worked as a Property Manager at Unico Properties from 1991 to 1997, where responsibilities included managing tenant services across multiple commercial office buildings. Allison holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Western Washington University.
