Chris Cathey

Chris Cathey is an experienced engineer with over 30 years in facilities management and building operations. Currently employed at Tishman Speyer since March 2020, Chris oversees engineering responsibilities. Prior to this, Chris held the position of Facilities Manager at SHP Management Corporation, effectively managing operations for a five-building apartment complex and supervising a team of 15. From 2012 to early 2019, Chris served as Assistant Chief Engineer at Oxford Properties Group, focusing on the maintenance and troubleshooting of building systems, including a central plant. Earlier roles include engineer positions at Vornado Realty Trust and Third Avenue Services, where Chris was involved in startup operations and mechanical maintenance.
