Heidi Amar

Heidi Amar has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as the Deputy Regional Director and General Manager at Tishman Speyer, overseeing the operation of 2.3 million square feet of Class A commercial property at Rockefeller Center since June 2017. Prior to this role, Heidi was a General Manager at SJP Properties from 2016 to June 2017, managing operations of a 1.2 million square foot LEED Gold commercial office building in Times Square. From 2007 to 2016, Heidi held various positions at Tishman Speyer, progressing from Property Manager to Assistant Property Manager, focusing on budgeting and tenant billing. Heidi holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, along with an RPA certification.
