Olivia Moss

Olivia Moss currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Managing Director at Tishman Speyer since January 2022. Previously, Olivia held the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation from January 2021 to May 2023. Prior experience at HR&A Advisors, spanning from May 2012 to December 2021, included roles as Principal, Director, Senior Analyst, Analyst, and Summer Fellow. Earlier in career, Olivia worked for Manocherian Brothers as Director of Leasing and Assistant Property Manager, managing apartment listings and tenant relations. Experience also includes serving as Field Manager/Canvasser for Grassroots Campaigns in 2008. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University (2012) and a BA with Honors in Communication from the University of Washington (2008).
