Chief Business Officer at TISSIUM

Hunt Henrie is the current Chief Business Officer at TISSIUM. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director Global Head of Medtech at Locust Walk from March 2017 to March 2020. There, they built the Medtech practice and advised companies on M&A, raising capital, and corporate strategy. Hunt was also a member of the Senior Leadership team. Before that, Hunt was a Board Member at XShares Group LLC from June 2006 to December 2008. There, they conceived, developed, and implemented the business model for the company. In 2010, XShares was acquired by Deutsche Bank and renamed DBX Strategic Advisors LLC. Prior to XShares, Hunt was Managing Director at Ferghana Partners from April 2002 to March 2017, where they started the Medical Device and private placement businesses. Hunt also led the Diagnostics Practice as well as all financing and private placement activities. Before Ferghana Partners, Hunt was Managing Partner at Sachuest Partners LLC. Hunt is also an Advisory Board Member at Poliwogg Holdings, a position they have held from January 2014 to December 2018.

Hunt Henrie has a Master of Arts from The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in International Economics and European Studies. They also have a BA from Boston University in International Relations with a minor in African Studies. Additionally, they attended St. George's School and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

They work with Seth Schulman - VP, Global Regulatory & Clinical Affairs, Romain Attard - Chief Financial Officer, and Maria Pereira - Co-Founder, Chief Innovation Officer. Their manager is Christophe Bancel, Co-Founder, CEO.
