Franck Andrieu began their work experience in 2002 as the Marketing Online project leader for Made in Sport. Franck then moved on to become the Digital & e-commerce manager for the same company from 2005 to 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the e-commerce Key Account manager for e-merchant, Pixmania Group, where they were responsible for defining business plans and forecasts, implementing operational and strategic KPIs, optimizing management teams and processes, and handling client communication. In 2012, Franck started working as a Digital & e-commerce consultant and freelancer until 2015. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a consultant e-commerce and program manager for Lacoste, coordinating the launch of a new European e-commerce webstore and a global website. Finally, Franck joined Tissot SA in 2015 as the International eCommerce Manager, overseeing e-commerce operations for 10 countries worldwide and leading various omnichannel projects. As of May 2021, they hold the position of Head of Digital Services at Tissot, responsible for the company's digital transformation in areas such as sales, marketing, e-commerce, and customer service.

Franck Andrieu obtained a Master's degree in e-Marketing from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, completing their studies from 1998 to 2002.
