John has developed several patents and helped create many new treatment protocols with Softwave Therapy. John is known nationally and internationally as an expert in the field of ESWT. John says that “Softwave is not only healthcare, but it is energy.” John has been involved in studies ranging from combat wound initiatives to diabetes, to diabetic ulcers, non-union fractures, pain, seizures, and most “itis” conditions. John believes that Softwave is the future for health and wellness to all.
John has worked in business and healthcare development most of his 30 year career. John worked as an executive in healthcare for Johnson and Johnson and he was a recipient of their coveted J&J achievement award for developing a national hospital consulting software program which helped reduced healthcare costs and increase quality of care. John, alongside Dr. Robert Rapp, was published in the American Journal of Hospital Pharmacy for his work in economics and in pneumonia protocols.
John also worked as a consultant for Johnson and Johnson where he was successful in new business development. John worked with some of the largest hospital systems in America—aiding in decreasing healthcare waste and cost, while working to increase quality of care. His work assisted in decreasing mortality rates and hospital stays, which also contributed to increasing positive patient outcomes.
John made his second step in the entrepreneurial world by developing and writing a RFP for a Medicaid managed care proposal. He was the successful bidder of a multi-billion dollar RFP. John was successful against several other bidding companies all of which were from the ‘big 8’ accounting firms.John has served as the CEO of several start up companies that he developed then sold all within the healthcare arena.
