Rob Weins

Rob Weins is an experienced program manager and leader in the field of program management, with a strong background in healthcare IT and organizational change. Since January 2022, Rob has served as Program Manager and Program Management Office Manager at TISTA Science and Technology Corporation, where Rob oversees program-related activities. Prior to this, Rob worked at CVP (Customer Value Partners) as a Program Manager, focusing on the National Institute of Mental Health, and served as Change Manager at TISTA Science and Technology, leading change management processes for Unified Case Management. Rob's tenure at CVP also includes a role as Sr. Manager, responsible for delivering IT project solutions in Government Healthcare. Previously, Rob consulted with General Dynamics Information Technology, contributing to information technology solutions in the government healthcare market. Early in Rob's career, leadership roles were held at Prudential Financial, where Rob consolidated operations and led significant automation initiatives.
