Sean Warner

Sean Warner leads the operations of all project teams in TISTA’s CMS, VA and, FedCiv business units. He is instrumental in organizing activities between all corporate departments and providing leadership to the Project Director team.

Mr. Warner has nearly 25 years of experience working with the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services performing a variety of technical tasks from data analytics, quality control, lean management, IT technologies, paper to image conversion, workflows and application development. He is experienced in managing program level financials, human resources, and converting business needs into technical requirements.

Mr. Warner completed his MBA in Marketing, and Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from York College of Pennsylvania.
