Titan Albania (ANTEA cement) plant is one of the biggest 'greenfield' investments, with the highest standards applied in terms of construction and operation in Albania and a total value exceeding € 200 million. The plant serves primarily local market demands and exports to other markets in the region. From its initial stages of operation, TITAN Albania applies international standards and best practices to improve on all sustainability issues that are material for the business but also for the stakeholders. Among else, we have built appropriate systems to ensure energy management and efficiency, while the implementation of an integrated approach to environmental management has led to achieve best industry practices in various aspects, as for example enriching biodiversity, new environmental technologies for controlling and reducing air emissions, noise and other specific impacts. Titan Albania invests and applies the latest technology, with vertical grinding mills, which occupy less space and can ensure better environmental performance and higher efficiency in electricity consumption.

Titan Albania was awarded the SDG Business Pioneers Award Albania 2023 in the International Enterprise Category by the Embassy of Sweden in Albania and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
