Sooduck Hwang

Sooduck Hwang is a highly experienced technical director with a focus on the cement and construction materials industry, currently serving at Titan America since July 2016. Responsibilities include leading technical projects, developing new cement products, and managing quality control initiatives across multiple business divisions. Hwang's previous roles include quality control manager, where expertise in high-performance concrete and compliance with health and safety regulations was demonstrated, and lead scientist/technical manager at Missouri University of Science and Technology, concentrating on advanced research in construction materials. Hwang began a career as a research engineer at Université de Sherbrooke, specializing in cost-effective high-performance concrete and innovative material designs. Hwang holds a Doctor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Sherbrooke.
