Chandrashekhar Bapat is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and program management. Currently serving as Deputy Group Manager at Titan Company Limited, Chandrashekhar leads productivity improvement initiatives focused on manufacturing technology and lean manufacturing practices. Previous roles include significant leadership positions at John Deere, where Chandrashekhar managed engineering teams and drove innovation in electric and autonomous vehicles. Chandrashekhar holds an M.Tech in Mechanical Design from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, and recently completed a Management Development Program in Strategic Management at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow.
